My Philos0phy 

My philosophy of adult education is founded in humanistic learning theory. As an educator, I believe learning should center the whole person. Understanding  learners' experiences and perspectives is essential to selecting strategies and approaches to facilitate and strengthen learning outcomes for adult learners. Relationship building is key to my practice, helping to ensure transparency and creating safe spaces for adult learners to experiment with ideas and creativity.  My goal as an instructional designer is to create experiences that help adult learners apply to learning in a real world context.
